What to Expect

Initial Appointment

Our scheduling assistant will coordinate with you for the best time to fit your schedule. Your scheduled servicemen will call to confirm and arrive on time. All details will be collected for your project by very knowledgeable project managers who will answer any questions.

Project Estimate

Your project details will be priced as accurately as possible, usually as a range to allow for cutting eligible costs during construction, or unforeseen expenses. Subsequent planning, design, and site visits may be billed, on a case by case basis. We value your business, but must also value our time and the time of our existing clients.

Service Agreement

A detailed Scope of Work is reviewed in a tabletop meeting with payment arrangements negotiable on a case-by-case basis. Financing is available through our affiliated lenders. We also proudly provide copies of our homebuilder license and insurance to every client.
